We are a community focussed clinic located within Millbrook, situated in Southampton. We are close to the M27 providing access from surrounding areas such as Rownhams, Shirley, Nursing, Maybush, Eastleigh and Romsey.
The clinic is situated within a Southampton Barbell. It was founded by Jemma who has a keen passion for patients struggling with pain. Jemma splits her time between treating patients and Lecturing students to become Osteopaths.
Our team strive on putting the health and well-being of our patients first to provide them with the best possible care.
What is Osteopathy?
Osteopaths are Primary Healthcare providers that undergo 4-5 years of training and are required to continue with Continued Professional Development (CPD) training each year. By law you must be registered with the General Osteopathic Council to use the title ‘Osteopath’.

Osteopathy and You mainly provide Osteopathic treatment. However, we also provide service such as Medical cupping therapy, Medical dry needling, Sports Massage, Tapping and Myofascial tool therapy. Once we have your diagnosis we may combined other therapies to help aid your recovery plan .
