Jemma is a registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council. Jemma graduated with a Bachelor of Osteopathy with Honours, First Class from the College of Osteopaths/ Staffordshire University.
“I began my journey in the fitness industry 12 years ago when I trained as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist. Over the years I developed an interest in injuries and recovery which lead me to start my Osteopathic journey. Im now a keen swimmer, cyclist and runner”.
Lucy Ambler Osteopath
Lucy is an Osteopath registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Lucy graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy with First-Class honours.
“I first became interested in Osteopathy during my time as an elite level trampoline gymnast. My Osteopath had such an important role within my sporting journey by helping me with various aches or joint pains that occurred along the way. I thoroughly enjoy doing my best to help patients to reach their treatment goals. I now enjoy walking, weight training and swimming.”
Tom Kelly Powerlifting coach
Tom is an accredited British Powerlifting Coach, Personal Trainer. Tom has a multi-sport background and over 20 years gym experience. He has coached athletes from sports including Powerlifting, Strongman, Bodybuilding, Rugby, Boxing, Golf, Cycling, Endurance athletes as well as general population. Tom has a wealth of knowledge and heads Southampton Barbell Powerlifting Team.
Tom’s competitive achievements include:
European Unequipped Drug Free Powerlifting Champion
3 times British Unequipped Drug Free Powerlifting Champion
Multiple time Regional Southern Counties Unequipped Drug Free Powerlifting Champion
British Unequipped Drug Free record holder in Squat, Bench, Deadlift and total.
